This is a full-time, remote position with the flexibility to work from home, but with the requirement to come into the office twice a month.

Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting and filing motions, answers, and responses
- Responding to defendant's first set of interrogatories
- Managing tasks to ensure court-ordered deadlines are met
- Writing correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets, and other reports as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Certification through the National Association of Legal Assistants as a Certified Paralegal (CP), or a certificate/degree as a paralegal from an accredited institution, or hold the title of Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) with the Florida Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal
- Proficient in Microsoft platforms and Lexis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
