Civil Defense Litigation Paralegal The candidate duties will include preparing draft discovery as well as discovery responses, preparation of subpoenas, procuring and following up on medical records requests, investigative background checks on parties in our cases, social media research, corresponding with expert witnesses, and other similar paralegal duties. Should have 5+ years of insurance defense experience. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Word. Must be familiar with Texas Civil Rules. Excellent communication skills, typing skills, computer skills and interpersonal skills and professional appearance is needed. Should have the ability to work cooperatively with a diverse group of professionals.
