Job Title: Business Development Coordinator – Immigration Law Office

Job Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Represent the law firm at local events, churches, and community organizations across Central Florida.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with local leaders, nonprofit allies, and small businesses that serve immigrant communities.
- Strategic Outreach: Identify opportunities to increase awareness of the law firm's services and mission through creative outreach and networking.
- Collaboration: Work directly with the leadership team to align outreach efforts with business goals and brand voice.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain records of outreach activities, leads, and relationship progress using simple tracking tools, with CRM experience being a plus.

Education and Experience Information:
- Proven experience in business development, relationship-building, or sales, especially in service-based sectors such as legal, medical, education, or nonprofit.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow through on leads and relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills, being a people person who is warm, confident, and skilled at making others feel seen and understood.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to translate relationship-building into measurable results such as leads, referrals, and partnerships.
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn about immigration issues and a passion for helping families navigate the legal system.
- Flexibility to work hours that may include occasional evenings or weekends to attend events as needed.
- Spanish language skills are a significant advantage.

Salary Information:
- Pay: - per hour
- Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
- Schedule: Choose your own hours, with weekends as needed
- Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities and commission pay
