Job Title: Client Intelligence Manager (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the law firm's intelligence and analytics tools across multiple software suites, utilizing advanced data visualization and automation capabilities.
- Manage the sourcing, evaluation, selection, and utilization of future enhancements to these tools as technologies evolve.
- Conceptualize, plan, execute, and maintain complex analyses supporting strategic firm initiatives, delivered as dashboards and other AI-enabled solutions.
- Lead an analytics team to develop highly visual firm dashboards that automate reporting for business development information and operational needs.
- Collaborate with the Data Solutions Engineering team to design and deliver data pipelines across disparate data sources, unifying and presenting information separated by organizational siloes.
- Evaluate new data resources, technologies, and processes for teams throughout the firm.
- Develop and articulate use-cases with lawyers and operational professionals, assess opportunities against the firm’s strategies for innovation, and prepare recommendations with department leadership to adopt and scale innovative solutions as appropriate.
- Build cross-functional relationships with software engineers, solutions engineers, and other business stakeholders to collaboratively create solutions and support business processes.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to align intelligence initiatives with business objectives.
- Partner with IT staff, vendors, and other third parties to address system-level technical issues, manage internal and external integrations, and implement upgrades and enhancements.
- Establish COE and best practices for analytics and data dashboard and application design and development.
- Collaborate with governance and data stakeholders to establish standard metrics reporting and analyze trends to measure data quality and quantity within intelligence tools.
- Work closely with the law firm's PMO and Change Management teams to ensure adoption and ongoing enhancements to the platforms. Develop standard configuration documentation and related guides for data consumers. Collaborate to design end-user training, onboarding, and user adoption programs and communications.
- Engage in special projects and duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Required: 7+ years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or professional services environment, particularly within an intelligence function.
- Required: 3+ years of experience managing and leading intelligence teams.
- Required: Proficiency in business intelligence, application development, and data visualization.
- Required: Strong knowledge and understanding of the legal technology landscape, including trends, tools, and industry standards.
- Required: Extensive experience with legal technology, workflow systems, legal project management, and practice management tools.
- Required: Deep understanding of law firm structure and business practices, as well as practice-specific terminology.
- Required: Experience working with a broad array of legal practices including transactional, litigation, and regulatory.
- Required: Proficiency with cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements in the legal industry and for clients such as financial and governmental institutions.
- Preferred: Master’s or related coursework or certifications strongly preferred.

Salary Information:
- Illinois: $128,000 - $191,400 per year
- District of Columbia: $139,000 - $208,800 per year
- New York City: $139,000 - $208,800 per year

The salary ranges provided are applicable to specific locations and may not be applicable to other locations. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications and experience. In addition to base compensation, the law firm provides bonus opportunities and an exceptional benefits package.
