What You'll Do:

- Engage with potential clients via telephone and email
- Understand client needs and communicate how legal representation can address them
- Provide empathetic and professional assistance
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
- Document client information with speed and accuracy
- Translate conversations and legal documents effectively

What You Need:

- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
- Adaptability to various learning styles
- Proficiency in utilizing tools, resources, and software
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Sales experience (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2 years of Microsoft Office experience (required)
