**Employee Benefits and ERISA Partner at Law Firm**
**Members Only**, a leading law firm with nearly 300 attorneys, is seeking an experienced partner to represent clients in all aspects of employee benefits law. The ideal candidate will have a portable and growing book of business and will be able to practice independently in the areas of qualified retirement plan design and compliance, sponsor and fiduciary risk management, benefit plan documentation, health and welfare benefit plans, ERISA claims and dispute resolution, governmental investigations and audits, and Affordable Care Act compliance.
**Requirements and Responsibilities:**
- Represent sophisticated firm clients in all areas of employee benefits law
- Practice independently in the areas of qualified retirement plan design and compliance, sponsor and fiduciary risk management, benefit plan documentation, health and welfare benefit plans, ERISA claims and dispute resolution, governmental investigations and audits, and Affordable Care Act compliance
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Portable and growing book of business
**Salary Range:**
New York City salary range: $150,000 to $300,000
