Summary:

Holland & Knight, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an e-Data Analyst to provide technical litigation support and handle client data in accordance with proper protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and experience with litigation support or as a litigation Paralegal. Key Responsibilities:

- Design databases and establish workflows to support efficient document reviews
- Generate reports and perform quality control on document productions
- Process electronic material using ecapture
- Provide assistance with litigation support software to legal teams
- Conduct data loads into litigation systems
- Stay updated on changes in the litigation support software industry
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate time records
- Prepare materials for distribution
- Handle special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a law firm or eDiscovery vendor environment
- Certifications or equivalent experience with Relativity, LiveNote, CaseNotebook, and Trial Director
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical expertise in creating and maintaining large databases
- Ability to quickly analyze and solve problems
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to learn new litigation software quickly
