Overview:
**Members Only**, a leading global law firm with over 1,400 lawyers and 1,200 business professionals, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support our Healthcare & Life Sciences department. As a member of our BD team, you will have the opportunity to work with talented attorneys and professionals, and be part of a firm that prioritizes excellence, collaboration, and community.
Responsibilities:
Compile and draft responses for RFP’s and pitches for clients and prospective clients
Conduct research to support new business opportunities
Track client information in the CRM system
Coordinate event logistics and manage speaker outreach
Assist with webinar coordination, including securing CLE credit and liaising with lawyers on materials
Update business development collateral and draft legal directory submissions
Help with targeting for events and initiatives
Develop strong relationships with practice attorneys and BD team members
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
At least two years of related work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality
