Job Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator at the law firm is responsible for supporting in-office marketing operations to increase office bookings. This role involves building authentic connections with clients, strengthening the brand presence, and supporting day-to-day marketing logistics. Key responsibilities include:

- Grassroots & Nonprofit Engagement: Lead and execute local community grassroots outreach initiatives and identify partnership opportunities to attract new clients. Attend events, maintain relationships with local nonprofits and community organizations, and represent the brand professionally at local activations.

- Client & Office Content Coordination: Collect and organize client photos and stories for marketing use (with proper consent). Coordinate and capture office-based content shoots to highlight day-to-day team and office culture. Assist with content production during local marketing events and client gatherings.

- Client Research: Assist the intake team by conducting ad-hoc client research and administering questionnaires.

- Admin & Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, asset management, and documentation. Track and manage marketing materials and content approvals across teams.

- Sales Material Management: Create new sales-driving content for the in-office team. Implement a local marketing playbook to increase in-office visits. Place and coordinate marketing material orders for each office, such as flyers, banners, and referral cards. Monitor and replenish inventory levels regularly.

Education and Experience Information

The ideal candidate should have:

- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or event coordination, including internships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience capturing mobile phone content.
- Comfort in attending in-person events and working with diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with Spanish fluency required.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Canva, Asana, or other project management software is a bonus.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to work in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
- A flexible work schedule, with the ability to work after office hours to attend events.

Salary Information

The pay range for this role is 22 - 24 USD per hour.
