Job Title: Global Marketing & Business Development Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

The Global Marketing & Business Development Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the marketing and business development (MBD) department. The position involves managing The Hub, a central marketing center of excellence, and overseeing a team of four to six dedicated Hub team members. Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the implementation and management of marketing systems and tools such as CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Driving best practices and integration in data management across marketing and business development systems.
- Streamlining workflows and standardizing processes to improve team efficiency.
- Developing and maintaining a marketing operations playbook outlining procedures, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Managing The Hub team, including mentoring, resourcing, and training team members.
- Defining and updating the services provided by The Hub and communicating them to the MBD team.
- Setting processes for requesting work through The Hub and embedding these within the MBD team.
- Collaborating with the MBD team to continually improve and streamline The Hub processes.
- Supporting the creation of a Service Level Agreement between The Hub and MBD.
- Managing and setting workflows, distributing and balancing incoming work across the team.
- Setting and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor service.
- Fielding general queries coming into The Hub.
- Utilizing available technologies to streamline the service provided by The Hub.
- Being accountable for the service provided by The Hub.

Education and Experience Information:

Candidates must possess:

- Experience in marketing operations, preferably within professional services.
- Strong knowledge of marketing technologies, including CRM, CMS, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with familiarity with reporting tools being desirable.
- A degree in a relevant field, ideally with a Marketing (CIM) or Project Management qualification.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Professionalism and confidence, with comfort in interacting with all seniority levels.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has direct supervisory responsibilities over The Hub team.

Travel:

The position may require limited travel.

Salary Information:

Pursuant to pay transparency laws, the law firm provides a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position, which is $125,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the level of relevant experience, skill sets, training, licensure, and certifications, internal equity, market data, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The range is based on a full-time work schedule. Additional compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus.
