The law offices of Marshall Dennehey, a large civil defense litigation firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal with Workers’ Compensation experience to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement in a fast-paced environment.
As a Paralegal in our Workers’ Compensation department, you will play an important role in our legal team. You will be responsible for managing a fast-paced Discovery process and independently maintaining a caseload. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to prioritize and coordinate work effectively.

Responsibilities for this position may include obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing documents, compiling evidence and supporting information, managing files and documents, and coordinating with support services, clients, opposing law firms, and courts. You will also be responsible for generating status reports, logs, and indexes, as well as corresponding with clients and opposing law firms.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively. You must also be able to maintain confidential information and complete assignments within agreed deadlines. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn new skills and can foster an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3-5 years of PA workers compensation experience. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is required, and a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
