**Members Only**, a nationally recognized law firm, is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position with options to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite. As a Recruiting Coordinator at GRSM, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lateral partner recruitment and onboarding processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating interviews, soliciting feedback, and managing external and internal communication on behalf of the Recruiting department. Additionally, you will source candidates and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure the success of our recruiting efforts.

To excel in this role, you must have 2-3 years of experience in a law firm setting and a college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft, LinkedIn Recruiter, Kofax Power PDF, and DocuSign is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as you will be interacting with various departments and individuals within the firm and external search agencies.

We are looking for a candidate who is goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to handle a high volume of communication while maintaining accuracy. The ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment is also essential. Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and firm leaders
- Solicit feedback and manage project timelines
- Communicate with external and internal parties on behalf of the Recruiting department
- Source candidates using various recruiting tools and strategies
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Understand the relationships and impact of various firm departments
- Provide support for team members in other areas as needed

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in a law firm
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ko,000 (depending on experience and location)
Location: Nationwide (remote, hybrid, or onsite options available)
