- Manage multiple complex litigation matters simultaneously
- Draft and prepare various pre-trial motions, dispositive motions, and other pleadings
- Review and evaluate discovery documents and compose case assessments
- 2+ years of experience in General Liability Defense litigation required
- Bachelor's degree and strong organizational skills preferred

**Members Only** is seeking experienced California Litigation Paralegals to join our General Liability practice group. This is a regular full-time position with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually. The firm is nationally recognized and Mansfield certified, with a focus on handling complex civil matters including products liability cases, toxic tort matters, commercial litigation, general liability, and transportation law. Our team approach integrates our efforts with those of our clients to advance and protect their interests in multiple jurisdictions across the country.
We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience in General Liability Defense litigation, preferably with a Bachelor's degree and strong organizational skills. Experience handling California cases is a plus, but not required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as well as effective problem-solving capabilities. Preference will be given to mid-level candidates with experience using legal systems such as Westlaw, File & Serve Xpress, and PACER.
As a California General Liability Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple complex litigation matters simultaneously. This includes monitoring case filings and providing detailed assessments to attorneys, drafting and preparing various pre-trial motions and pleadings, and reviewing and evaluating discovery documents. You will also compose case assessments and evaluations for review by associates and partners, and maintain an accurate accounting of your billable time.
