Law firm **Members Only** is seeking a Career Associate with at least 7 years of litigation experience to join their Litigation Business Unit in any of their office locations. The candidate will be responsible for managing the trial calendar and staffing associates within the group, as well as drafting briefs, motions, and discovery documents, handling discovery tasks, and assisting with trial preparation. The position offers a salary range of $150,000 to $234,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage trial calendar and staffing within the Litigation Business Unit
- Draft briefs, motions, and discovery documents
- Handle discovery tasks, including e-discovery
- Assist with witness preparation for depositions
- Prepare for trials
- Oversee long-term projects and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Enhance team efficiency and effectiveness by working closely with practice lawyers
- Collaborate with the innovation team to assign resources for maximum impact on client matters
- Identify staffing needs and work with practice manager, group leaders, and partners
- Deliver strong customer service and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of litigation experience
- Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail
