Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of civil litigation and insurance defense laws and regulations.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidate must be a member of the Maryland Bar.
- Admission to the . Bar is preferred, or the candidate should have the potential to waive into the . Bar.
- Possess either judicial clerk experience or 2-5 years of litigation experience.
- Strong writing and research skills are essential for success in this role.
