Job Title: Associate Attorney, Litigation

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from inception through conclusion, including appellate work
- Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, opinion letters, and other correspondence
- Conduct legal research and discovery
- Represent clients and appear at depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals in all Maryland and DC courts
- Interact with clients, witnesses, and experts
- Negotiate settlements and terms of agreements

Education and Experience Information:
- Judicial clerkship or at least 2 years of litigation experience preferred
- Maryland bar admission is required
- DC bar admission or eligibility to waive into DC is preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and legal research skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Must be a detailed and organized team player, capable of working independently

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $115,000 per year.
