Workplace Experience Agent

Job Responsibilities:
The Workplace Experience Agent is responsible for overseeing, anticipating, facilitating, and fulfilling the frontline support needs for all personnel and guests within the office space. The role involves establishing and maintaining genuine connections with clients, creating customized and seamless experiences, greeting and escorting visitors, addressing client concerns, anticipating needs, and providing information about amenities and services. Key responsibilities include:

- Executing effective processes and strategies for managing client support within the office.
- Collaborating with colleagues and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Fulfilling ServiceNow tickets and conducting quality assurance checks.
- Coordinating cross-departmental efforts to enhance client support.
- Ensuring workstations and collaboration spaces are presentable and equipped to client specifications.
- Verifying technology functionality and providing first-line technology assistance.
- Utilizing the firm’s Workplace Experience technology tools.
- Identifying, delegating, and addressing uncompleted tasks appropriately.
- Preparing for the day in advance and prioritizing multiple deadlines.
- Performing quality checks on client requests.
- Operating as an on-the-ground project manager and facilitating connections between departments.
- Assisting with special projects and offsite experiences.
- Adhering to globally standardized service level agreements.
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information retained by the law firm.

Education and Experience Information:
- A high school diploma or an equivalent is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of workplace experience or related experience is necessary.

Salary Information:
The pay range for the Workplace Experience Agent position is between USD $60, and USD $67, per year.
