Part Time Temporary Paralegal The candidate' will assist partner. Job duties include - but not limited to - pre-litigation work establishing insurance claims, obtaining medical records and accident reports, communicating with adjusters and clients, as well as assisting attorney with settlement demand package preparation, settlement negotiations with adjusters, and working directly with attorney on cases in litigation. This position also may require scheduling hearings and depositions. Prior Plaintiff PI experience and computer literacy a must. Will be trained on firm-specific case management software. This is a part time TEMP position - in person - that could become full time, and could become partially remote after 30 days. Approx. 20 hours to start.
