Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mediation and trial experience
- Legal research and analysis on complex issues
- Drafting legal documents
- Marketing for yourself and the firm
- Discovery of electronically stored data and hard copies
- Due diligence in all matters
- Strong communication and advocacy skills
- Managing schedule for consults and production/collection objectives
- Closing consults within Gravis range
- Timely approval of invoices
- Utilizing support staff effectively
- Updating client information accurately
- Sharing work tasks with other attorneys and support staff
- Actively engaging in brand expansion
- Seeking positive feedback from clients
- Other job-related duties as assigned
The Attorney is expected to bill an average of 1500 hours annually, with collections expected on 1400 hours of invoices worked while working a full-time employment schedule. This roughly translates to billing 30 hours per week at 50 weeks annually.
Requirements:
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Excellent legal research skills
- Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the state of practice
- 5+ years of experience as an attorney

Salary: Potential total compensation is $150,000-$185,000 per year with base and bonus
Bonus Program: Quarterly Collection Requirements must be met for the Attorney to receive bonuses. Additional information will be provided for review and signature.
