Overview:

- We are seeking an entry-level associate attorney to join our team and gain valuable experience in family law litigation.
- This is not your typical family law attorney position – at SKH, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and intriguing legal issues and collaborate with experienced attorneys.

Responsibilities:
- Research, writing, and detail management
- Preparation and adjudication/litigation of cases
- Collaboration with other associates and shareholders
- Meeting with clients and building rapport
- Being an active team member and contributing to the firm's culture and community
Qualifications:
- Oregon State Bar license
- 0-4 years of experience in family law
- Experience handling complex family law, custody, asset, and business litigation is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Demonstrable courtroom experience
