Overview:

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Oregon family law practice, with a strong background in asset division, custody, spousal and child support.
- Adequate trial and mediation experience, as well as meaningful litigation experience, is preferred.
- The candidate must be a member of the Oregon Bar, with Washington Bar membership being a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Handle individual cases independently and provide support to senior attorneys in complex cases.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and other legal documents, and attend court hearings and mediations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to family law.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Oregon family law practice.
- Strong knowledge of asset division, custody, spousal and child support.
- Trial and mediation experience preferred.
- Meaningful litigation experience preferred.
- Member of the Oregon Bar, with Washington Bar membership being a plus.
- Excellent communication, writing, and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
