Job Title: Bankruptcy Processor
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with attorneys to submit the analysis of Chapter 13 Plans to clients.
- Communicate and follow up with clients regarding necessary information.
- Review and update client systems as needed.
- Provide support to attorneys in various tasks related to bankruptcy processing.
Education and Experience Information:
- High School Diploma is required.
- Previous law firm experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in bankruptcy or mortgage servicing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, Local Counsel, and Debtors Attorneys is necessary.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet is required.
- Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
