Job Title: Affiliate & Referral Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Attorney & Client Referral Programs
- Develop and expand the Attorney Referral Program by building relationships with attorneys, law firms, and legal partners across the nation.
- Manage and optimize the Client Referral Program, creating systems to convert satisfied clients into active advocates.
- Design and implement outreach strategies using various methods such as email, calls, social media direct messages, and handwritten notes.
- Represent the law firm at legal conferences, networking events, and community functions, handling strategy, execution, and follow-up.
- Track outreach, leads, and conversions in the CRM to monitor pipeline health and performance.
2. Strategic Relationship Development
- Build and maintain a high-quality partner network to drive sustainable lead generation.
- Collaborate with marketing, intake, and operations teams to align messaging and ensure a consistent partner experience.
- Develop and refine messaging for referral initiatives to support both short- and long-term brand growth.
3. Data & Execution
- Manage and report on referral metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Ensure timely follow-up, lead tracking, and conversion through accountability systems.
- Deliver consistent results against revenue and relationship-building targets.
Education and Experience Information:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- High School diploma is required.
Experience:
- At least 3 years in a client-facing or strategic partnerships role with a measurable impact on lead generation or revenue.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in a role that requires independent pipeline management.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns or partnerships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional and polished presence with the ability to engage partners at all levels.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in legal services, insurance, medical services, or other industries with regulated referral systems.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, referral pipelines, or business development in a professional services environment.
- Bilingual skills (., Spanish) are a plus but not required.
