Manatt has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Coordinator to join their team in Los Angeles. In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development Manager – Financial Services and Employment and the Director of Business Development. The Senior Business Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in advancing strategic objectives, developing client relationships, and supporting revenue and financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill requests for business development materials and respond to inquiries related to business development.
- Support the Business Development Manager by overseeing go-to-market initiatives for selected business units.
- Manage projects from conception to launch, ensuring successful implementation and ROI.
- Prepare tailored client proposals and RFPs, including writing and editing copy, proofreading, and obtaining client consent.
- Gather and maintain representative experience descriptions and capability statements to support proposals and directory and ranking organizations.
- Monitor competitors and conduct analysis, as well as prepare background dossiers on clients and targets.
- Write and prepare legal directory and ranking submissions to raise the profile of the practices and partners.
- Lead the development of content for market-facing podcasts, webinars, and events.
- Ensure compliance with firm expense policies and procedures.

Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications with 5 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm.
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional client service skills and the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Information:
- Base annual pay range: $72,000-$80,000
- Offer will vary depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
