Job Title: Technology Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with legal teams to provide technical insights and analysis for patent cases involving complex technologies, often focused on semiconductors and software.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of semiconductor and software technologies.
- Assist in drafting technical documents and reports to support legal proceedings.
- Guide and collaborate with patent litigation lawyers on technical and scientific issues pertinent to legal proceedings.
- Participate in discovery processes, including reviewing technical documents and data.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- An advanced degree in a relevant technology or engineering discipline is a plus.
- 3 or more years of experience in the technology industry, preferably in semiconductors or a related or adjacent field. Candidates with a relevant advanced degree may qualify with less industry experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a technology company.
- Familiarity with patent processes and legal analysis related to technology cases.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

Salary Information:
The expected salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000, although the salary offered will depend upon an applicant’s qualifications and experience. Compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, determined by firm and individual performance.
