Introduction:

- K&L Gates is seeking a Manager of Legal Recruiting for their Asset Management and Investment Funds practice area.
- This position offers the opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic team at a top global law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with practice area leaders to execute growth strategies through strategic recruiting.
- Manage all aspects of lateral lawyer and law student recruitment for the Asset Management & Investment Funds practice area.
- Develop relationships with legal search firms and facilitate the Power of Partnership Program.
- Coordinate on-campus and job fair interview programs, review resumes, and assist with decision-making process.
- Conduct market research on student recruiting trends and manage internal data-driven strategies.
- Assist with recruitment for other practice areas as needed.
- Manage orientation, on-boarding, and integration of lateral hires.
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm or law school environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, creative, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking software.

Salary:

- $90,000 - $165,000 (compensation will be determined during interview process).
