Job Title:
Senior Strategic Content Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client alerts, overseeing the full production process from drafting to publication.
- Copyedit and enhance attorney-authored content, ensuring consistency with firm style, tone, and SEO best practices.
- Partner with business development and digital teams to effectively distribute and promote alert content across marketing channels.
- Utilize firm-approved AI tools to generate, refine, and repurpose content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Draft summaries and key takeaways following speaking engagements and events.
- Support long-term content campaigns by drafting, scheduling, and reviewing strategic editorial calendars.
- Provide insights into content performance to inform future initiatives.
- Assist in the production of strategic video projects, from development through post-production.
- Develop interview scripts and coordinate logistics, scheduling, and attorney preparation in collaboration with business development, executive assistants, and office services.
- Manage external vendors through editing cycles to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain the firm’s internal video library, ensuring access to both raw and final content.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in communications, journalism, English, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in professional services marketing or editorial roles, preferably in a law firm.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong grasp of grammar, tone, and style.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, deadline-driven projects with attention to detail.
- Experience with video production workflows and vendor coordination; video editing and writing experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with legal subject matter and an understanding of confidentiality, compliance, and neutrality in communications.
- Proficiency in AI writing tools, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office; experience with content management systems and marketing platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for digital content.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with attorneys and stakeholders across departments.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative to move projects forward.

Salary Information:
- The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $141,250.
- The actual base salary offered may depend on various factors, including qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications, and location.
- A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
