Corporate/Transactional Paralegal The candidate will prepare, finalize and perform electronic filing using CM/ECF, and all related platforms for electronic filing in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. Will draft and record mortgages, satisfactions, and UCCs. Form LLCs and draft operating agreements.

The candidate should have an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a degree in another field with a certificate in paralegal studies. Should have an understanding of the PA/NJ mortgage foreclosure process. Must have 3+ years of experience in Transactional/Corporate Law. Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills. Foreclosure/bankruptcy experience is a plus.
