Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will work directly with a senior partner and high level, well-educated clients to draft petitions seeking to establish eligibility for priority worker status as individuals of extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers of international repute, category one managers and executives, and persons of exceptional ability seeking a national interest waiver. Should be a graduate college senior (Math, Science, Philosophy or English (composition) Majors preferred) considering law school within the next 2-3 years. Heavy, detailed writing and editing are a daily part of the job. Must be both enthusiastic about challenges, as well as anticipatory and project-oriented enough to manage close deadlines, and possess excellent verbal and written English and superior organizational skills are essential.
