We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive National Evictions Paralegal to join our team and work remotely from home.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and local counsel, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Address client and local counsel needs in a timely manner to provide exceptional service.
- Manage case reporting and track eviction referrals from start to resolution.
- Monitor and manage local counsel performance, ensuring adherence to client expectations and firm standards.
- Attend client meetings, provide updates, and maintain professional communication.
- Utilize firm's proprietary software to track and manage cases.
- Prepare and distribute weekly client update reports.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Legal experience preferred, but not required.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in eviction, real estate, or litigation law is a plus.
- Knowledge of the eviction process is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
