Job Responsibilities:
Paralegals at the law firm play a crucial role in supporting attorneys in delivering effective advocacy to maximize client satisfaction and outcomes. The responsibilities include:

- Overseeing coordination, management, and progression of legal cases from inception to resolution.
- Acting as a liaison between attorneys, clients, courts, and other parties to ensure efficient handling of cases, adherence to deadlines, and organized documentation.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for attorneys regarding case file information, documentation, and file location.
- Drafting and managing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
- Maintaining and updating case files, docket calendars, and internal databases as directed by attorneys.
- Coordinating case files and documents according to attorney schedules, court dates, deadlines, and meetings with clients and legal teams.
- Tracking case progress and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
- Conducting legal research under attorney supervision.
- Working closely with attorneys and clients to prepare case files for hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Tracking time spent on case-related activities.
- Utilizing computer information systems and client relationship management systems like Clio and Microsoft Windows Based Servers to organize and manage legal case files, document correspondence, and assist attorneys in optimizing case load management.

Education and Experience Information:
Qualifications Required:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional writing skills demonstrated through writing samples and produced products.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or case management role.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software such as Clio, MyCase, or PracticePanther.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Qualifications Desired:
- Paralegal certification (., NALA, NFPA, or state-specific certification).
- Experience in personal injury law, civil litigation, mass tort, estate planning, and real estate law.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
