The HR Compliance Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the firm's policies and processes are compliant with employment and labor laws, both domestically and internationally. This position offers a competitive salary range of $70-90k, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining compliant policies and processes for the firm, including wage and hour, leave and accommodations, recruitment, and training requirements.
- Complete all US compliance-related reporting activities, such as EEO-1 and CA Pay Data Reporting.
- Stay updated on new and revised employment and labor laws, and make recommendations for policy and procedural changes.
- Track and administer annual, new hire, and on-demand compliance training programs.
- Conduct research on human resources issues at the state, federal, and international level.
- Assist with global liability insurance renewals and client-related compliance activities.
- Maintain accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards in bar audit and LLP reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of HR compliance experience in a professional services environment preferred.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Knowledge of international employment laws and data privacy laws a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams desirable.
