We are currently seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team and handle a variety of employment law matters.
Responsibilities for this position include taking depositions, conducting witness interviews, drafting motions, and analyzing cases involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in wage and hour class action and PAGA representative claims.

Position Highlights:
- California licensed with minimum 4 years of experience in employment litigation
- Experience with class action and PAGA claims preferred

- Pay range: $130,000-195,000 per year (depending on experience)
