Job Title: Litigation Attorney (Entry Level)

Job Responsibilities:
The Litigation Attorney at our law firm will focus on litigating class action cases that involve wage and hour disputes, consumer fraud, and unfair business practices on behalf of employees and consumers. Additionally, the attorney will represent individual employees in cases of wrongful termination, discrimination, and other workplace violations. The firm emphasizes a collaborative work environment where attorneys regularly communicate and discuss cases to ensure junior attorneys are supported and not overwhelmed by caseloads and deadlines. Junior attorneys will have opportunities to take on more responsibilities if they choose.

Education and Experience Information:
The preferred candidate will have at least one year of litigation experience.
