Job Title: Class Action Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Assist in managing class action cases from inception through resolution. This includes conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing for depositions and trials.
- Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues related to their cases.
- Legal Research and Writing: Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Discovery: Assist in all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and preparing for depositions.
- Court Appearances: Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.

Education and Experience Information:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in class action litigation in employment law.
- Licensure: Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of class action procedures and litigation processes.

Salary Information:
- Salary: $120,000 - $220,000 per year (total compensation, not exclusively base salary).
