- Work under the direction of assigned practice group lawyers
- Assist in preparation and review of real estate conveyance and closing documents
- Coordinate closing of successful real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
- Handle entity formation and maintenance along with related filings
- Review and assemble officer's certificates, resolutions, and other closing deliverables
- Work on special assignments that may require conducting research and preparing reports
- Interface with clients and outside entities
- Bachelor's or Associates Degree required, or Paralegal Certificate with equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of real estate experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Hospitality experience a plus
- Must have superior client service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF creation tools, and document management software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work overtime as needed
