Foley Hoag, a leading law firm in the innovation industries, is seeking a skilled Support Specialist to provide top-tier customer service and technical support to their legal and business services team members. This full-time, hybrid position offers a competitive salary range of $71,000 to $87,000, with potential for remote and flexible work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly provide Help Desk & 1st level technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware during business and non-business hours
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Troubleshoot issues with enterprise technology, software, and hardware
- Support law firm applications such as Microsoft Office, iManage, and PDF creation/editing
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding tasks in all systems and software
- Maintain accurate inventory of technology assets
- Provide end-user training on IT policies/procedures, applications, and systems
- Participate in on-call coverage on a rotating basis
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant technical support experience in a professional services setting
- Strong client service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of operating systems, productivity software, enterprise tools, security and networking, legal and business applications, and collaboration tools
- Experience with computer imaging and desktop/laptop build-outs
