DLA Piper, a leading global law firm, is seeking a talented Pricing Analyst to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your financial analysis and pricing skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in advising on profitable arrangements and rate structures to generate revenue for the firm.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with Business Development, Marketing, and Legal Project Management teams to develop rate proposals and fee estimates in response to client requests
- Identifying rate renewal opportunities and developing proposals with the support of Billing Operations and firm attorneys
- Assisting in the development of financial models to assess the profitability of pricing proposals
- Analyzing historical data to identify key risks and drivers of fee magnitude
- Ensuring accurate billing system setup and documentation of client/matter information
- Communicating progress, wins, and risks to firm leadership in a timely manner
- Contributing to special projects in support of the firm's strategic initiatives

Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis, billing, accounting, or a related role
