Job Responsibilities:
The Paralegal/Legal Assistant is expected to perform a wide range of duties to support attorneys in their legal practice. The primary responsibilities include:
- Drafting legal memoranda, pleadings, briefs, correspondence, and discovery documents to assist attorneys in preparing for cases.

- Drafting interrogatories as part of the discovery process in legal cases.
- Performing administrative duties related to legal documents in the law firm's affiliated title company.

- Driving to various local courthouses to file court documents as needed.
- Screening calls and potential clients to manage communication and client intake.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Clio, MS Office, file sharing, and calendar sharing is considered advantageous.
