- Coordinates and processes billing for principal billing partners.
- Reviews and verifies accuracy of billing and cost backup documentation.
- Generates and delivers client invoices.
- Manages e-billing requirements for clients.
- Researches and responds to billing inquiries.
- Monitors WIP and AR inventory.
- Ensures strict confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience billing at an hourly rate for a timekeeper in a law or professional services firm required.
- Experience with 3E preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
