Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, proofreading, citation checking, and tabling documents.
- Professionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel.
- Prepare documents for filing in both state and federal courts.
- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation.
- Manage and calendar court deadlines.
- Propound and respond to discovery.
- Maintain organized case files.

Education and Experience Information:

- A minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.
- Ability to act independently and in a team-based environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Confidence in a paperless work environment.
- Knowledge of e-Filing and California rules.
- Familiarity with California discovery rules.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.

Salary Information:

- Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $130,000, depending on experience.
