Hodgson Russ LLP, a leading regional law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Estates & Trusts Tax Paralegal to join our team in Albany, Buffalo, Florida, or Rochester. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing estate and gift tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, and court accountings under the guidance of our attorneys.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a minimum of three years of experience in a paralegal role. A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, liberal arts, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge and experience with taxing authorities, as well as strong writing and tax preparation skills, are required.
