Responsibilities:

- Process client bills using Aderant software
- Ebill assigned client bills according to outside counsel guidelines and engagement letters
- Handle a high volume of complex bills
- Collaborate with Collections team for collection activity on assigned accounts
- Prepare ad hoc reports for attorneys
- Manage electronic billing process for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of billing/ebilling experience, preferably in a law firm setting
- Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Flexibility for overtime when necessary
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
