Job Title: Competition and Consumer Protection Compliance Senior Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the establishment and maintenance of a robust risk and compliance framework.
- Oversee the company's compliance with legal and regulatory consumer protection obligations.
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and self-regulatory domains.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify key risks and prioritize compliance functions and focus areas.
- Work with product areas and functions to design business processes and controls that ensure regulatory compliance.
- Review issues and incidents to assess risk and ensure adequate remediation plans.
- Identify risk trends through external research and monitoring of regulatory priorities and consumer sentiment, translating them into actionable policies and standards.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum qualifications include a .
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting is required.
- Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in public policy, business, engineering, law, or a relevant field.
- Knowledge of the competition and consumer protection regulatory landscape and adjacent risk areas is preferred.
- Understanding of compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate and build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, management, regulators, and external stakeholders is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex compliance concepts and requirements to various audiences, are required.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and assess their impact on business operations are necessary.
Salary Information:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000-$153,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
- Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
