Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of construction litigation cases, including document management, drafting pleadings and discovery, and preparing for trials and hearings
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and arguments
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather and organize case information
- Maintain case files and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Prepare and file court documents and pleadings, including e-filing
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction litigation, prior insurance defense experience preferred
- Paralegal certificate or degree from an accredited institution
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and legal research databases

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
