Job Title: Legal Recruiting Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
The Legal Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruitment initiatives for the law firm's New York, Charlotte, and Washington, . offices. This role involves a variety of tasks that require maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all client and firm matters. Key responsibilities include:

- Planning, coordinating, and executing the annual summer associate programs in the specified offices. This involves preparing orientation schedules and materials, coordinating social events and educational programs, facilitating invitations, and attending social events.
- Assisting with the on-campus interview process, including registering for interviews, preparing interviewer binders and marketing materials, scheduling callbacks, soliciting evaluations, maintaining candidate files, and coordinating follow-up activities.
- Supporting the 1L hiring process for the specified offices.
- Assisting with lateral non-partner hiring, maintaining the recruiting database, posting jobs, managing candidate files, and scheduling interviews.
- Preparing the NALP form and other recruiting-related survey responses for the specified offices.
- Preparing reports on various aspects of the legal market.
- Participating in internal meetings and calls within the Legal Recruiting team and contributing to planning and strategy.
- Performing special projects as needed for the Firmwide Legal Recruiting Manager and Legal Recruiting Specialist.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Two or more years of attorney recruitment experience in a large law firm or similar organization is required.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of viDesktop/viRecruit, Symplicity, and Flo Recruit is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills are required.

Salary Information:
In the New York office, the annualized salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
