**Members Only**, a leading industry leader, is looking for an experienced Employment Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support on labor and employment-related matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This is a remote position with some in-person teamwork, requiring frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and enforcement of company policies and procedures related to labor and employment law.
- Manage and resolve labor and employment disputes, including handling employee grievances.
- Conduct investigations related to labor and employment matters and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of labor and employment issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs for management and employees on labor and employment law topics.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks related to labor and employment practices.
- Collaborate with and manage external counsel on employment litigation matters.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in at least the state of residence.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in employment law, preferably in an in-house legal department or law firm.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a corporate legal department.
- Certification in labor and employment law or related fields from a State Bar or State Board for attorney certification.
- Proven track record of successfully managing labor and employment disputes and litigation.
- Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements and Project Labor Agreements.
