**Members Only**, a top national law firm, is seeking a Senior Chemical Patent Agent with 6+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution to join their Intellectual Property Department. The position is open to candidates in any of the firm's US offices.
Job Title: Senior Chemical Patent Agent
Salary: $225,000 - $275,000 (Depending on Experience and Location)
Job Responsibilities:
• Draft and prosecute domestic and international patent applications
• Prepare patent opinions in chemistry, organic chemistry, small molecule chemistry, or similar technology
• Respond to Office Actions issued by the USPTO
Requirements:
• PhD in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related field
• Strong patent prosecution skills
• Registered to practice before the USPTO
• Am Law 100 experience preferred

• Salary range for California applicants: $225,000 - $275,000 (Pursuant to CA Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act)

• Salary range for Denver applicants: $225,000 - $275,000 (Pursuant to Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act)
• Salary range for New York applicants: $225,000 - $275,000 (Pursuant to New York City Human Rights Law)
• Salary range for Washington DC applicants: $225,000 - $275,000 (Pursuant to Washington DC Pay Transparency Law)
