The Treasury Assistant position at CSG Law in Roseland, NJ is seeking an experienced candidate to provide support for the daily treasury functions of a 200-attorney law firm. The position requires collaboration with senior leaders of the firm and other departments, such as Human Resources and Information Technology. The role involves handling trust activity on a daily basis, assisting with all treasury functions, and providing backup support for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, previous experience as a Treasury Assistant or in a similar role, proficiency in Excel, Word, and financial software applications, strong attention to detail, and excellent mathematical skills. The position also requires the ability to remain focused for extended periods and adhere to strict deadlines.

The minimum salary for this position is $45,000 per year, with a maximum salary of $60,000 per year. The position is full-time and in-person, five days a week at the Roseland, NJ office. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior leaders and other departments to perform day-to-day financial functions, reconcile and report
- Handle all trust activity on a daily basis
- Assist with all functions of the treasury department
- Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable when necessary
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and abnormalities within all treasury functions

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Previous experience as a Treasury Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and financial software applications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to remain focused for extended periods and adhere to strict deadlines

Preferred Requirements:

- Detailed knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience working in a professional services organization
- Experience with Aderant software and Iridium or similar business intelligence tool
- Experience in bank statement reconciliations
- Knowledge of Escrow Accounting
