**Job Title: Corporate Paralegal**

**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Corporate Paralegal at the company, you will be an integral part of the dynamic legal team, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. Your role will involve collaboration across various departments, ensuring seamless knowledge management and providing crucial support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and venture capital investments. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the implementation and ongoing management of the contract lifecycle management system, with HighQ experience being a plus.
- Driving contract workflows from creation to approval while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Keeping internal stakeholders informed by effectively managing priorities and escalating high-impact matters to the Chief Legal Officer.
- Playing a pivotal role in cross-functional decision-making and problem-solving across the organization.
- Tackling challenges with ingenuity, technology, and determination to deliver exceptional results.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), client contracts, and other agreements using templates.
- Maintaining seamless document flow and providing guidance on contract approvals, delegations of authority, and signing processes.
- Partnering with teams across the company to support legal initiatives and ensure smooth operations.
- Providing essential administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer.

**Education and Experience:**

- Paralegal Degree or Certification is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 5-10 years of corporate legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting.

**Salary Information:**

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with the position being a full-time role.
